Original US Picture Sleeve only no record! The record was canceled before it even made it to production but not before they had some picture sleeves made for it.
This is 100% an original authentic sleeve and one of the better condition ones I could see ever being offered for sale. Sleeve has minimal and light wear only, no writing, no splits, some light ring wear (the brother records release of the single was inside presumably for many decades) and some light bends only (see pictures for a better view of condition).
